Tony Thibodeaux is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Anytime Flooring. Tony entered the flooring industry at an early age by assisting his father with flooring installation work. Once he gained enough experience, he founded his first flooring company in 2006. Anytime Flooring was founded by Tony and his partner in 2009 with a vision of bringing high-quality flooring materials with meticulous installation and superior customer service. His 24 years of professional experience has built Anytime Flooring to be the trusted flooring experts for the Southeast Region.
Laurie Aldridge
Office & Sales Manager
Laurie Aldridge is Anytime Flooring’s Office & Sales Manager. Laurie has been with Anytime Flooring for four years and has worked in the flooring industry for fifteen years, in both administrative & sales capacities. Laurie is skilled in actualizing any customer’s vision, bringing a concept to materialization. She keeps up to date on the latest industry trends, products, and tools so that she may best inform and guide customers through both remodel and new construction projects.
Jason Harriford
Project Manager
Jason Harriford, Project Manager, has worked for Anytime Flooring for four years and has worked in the flooring industry for thirteen years. He is responsible for all project coordination & oversight. Before he entered the flooring industry, Jason served in the United States Army for eight years.

Thurmond Lytell, Commercial Estimator for Anytime Flooring, has held his current role for two years and has thirteen total years of experience in the flooring industry. Thurmond provides extensive flooring experience and product knowledge to our commercial customers. Prior to entering the flooring industry, Thurmond was a member of the US Navy, where he actively served for eight years.
